Stripe is seeking a strategic operator to join the Risk PMO team and manage large-scale regulatory initiatives. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals to ensure our global users can scale compliantly.

What you'll do

• Lead global programs from the initial strategy phase through to final execution and change management.
• Design and implement operational workflows that improve business metrics and internal efficiency.
• Collaborate with GTM and account teams to convert regulatory requirements into user-facing advantages.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Prepare strategic reviews for senior leadership and manage high-level escalations.
• Develop data-driven feedback loops to identify user friction and drive product improvements.
• Build scalable internal infrastructure to resolve systemic operational gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy within fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor, managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical or regulatory topics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks.
• A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and incorporate feedback.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth technology or fintech companies.
• Proven history of partnering with Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams.
• Proficiency in using data visualization and analytical tools to support decision-making.
