About the role
This role focuses on scaling the infrastructure and organizational capabilities of the Enterprise business unit. You will drive high-impact strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure Stripe meets the complex needs of its largest global customers.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage company-wide strategic projects and oversee their implementation across various departments.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and support teams to meet the objectives of the Enterprise Engine Catalyst.
- Resolve competing priorities among internal teams to reach solutions that benefit both the company and its users.
- Work alongside senior leadership to develop new operating models and launch internal programs.
- Lead annual and long-range planning cycles to ensure alignment across all teams supporting the Enterprise segment.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure commitments are met for both internal initiatives and customer-facing deliverables.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product strategy, or product management within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects that resulted in measurable business impact.
- Strong ability to apply first-principles thinking to challenge existing processes and identify high-priority objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders in engineering, sales, partnerships, and product.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and influence outcomes without formal authority.
Nice to have
- Professional background in the payments industry or enterprise software.
- Experience building business and investment cases based on program insights.
- Proficiency in SQL or the ability to build dashboards for data-driven program evaluation.
- Ability to analyze how product updates, policy shifts, or marketing campaigns impact the user and support experience.
- Demonstrated success in building trust and working directly with senior executive leadership.
