Key facts
What you'll do
- Define the sales funnel structure, including stages, advancement criteria, and the authoritative data source for the commercial team.
- Drive product evolution by tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and action plans.
- Facilitate clear communication among commercial, engineering, and data teams to foster alignment and decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to monitor conversion rates across stages, channels, and offers.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, coordinating corrective actions and supporting teams.
- Oversee funnel initiatives within the consolidated product roadmap.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure data integrity and prevent duplication in funnel records.
- Monitor the sales agent experience to ensure the funnel accurately reflects operational realities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management within acquisition, sales funnel, or CRM contexts.
- Solid understanding of the commercial cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Familiarity with management models such as OKRs, roadmaps, and portfolio governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Ability to influence others and lead initiatives without direct managerial authority over involved teams.
- Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability to dynamic, collaborative, and multi-priority environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology companies or fintechs with large-scale commercial operations.
- Background in Product Operations, PMO, or similar areas.
- Knowledge of lead qualification processes and funnel automation.
- Familiarity with funnel metrics like conversion rate per stage, cycle time, and lead churn.
- Experience in organizations with multiple sales channels and high operational complexity.

This is a remote position.
