What you'll do
- Execute a structured daily route to visit and qualify new merchants, expanding our presence across the Orlândia region.
- Develop deep market knowledge by analyzing competitor activity and customer behavior to refine our value proposition continuously.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers to secure new partnerships and ensure contract renewals.
- Utilize the CRM platform to document every interaction, track sales pipelines, and forecast future revenue with accuracy.

- Prepare tailored commercial proposals that address the specific payment and technology needs of each prospective client.
- Monitor cash flow and collection indicators for your portfolio, ensuring adherence to our financial policies and targets.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding the broader business goals of our merchant clients.
- Represent Stone at local industry events and community gatherings to strengthen our regional brand visibility.
- Conduct post-visit analyses to report market trends, competitive threats, and actionable insights to the commercial leadership.
- Mentor junior colleagues by sharing best practices and field techniques that drive higher conversion rates.

Requirements
- You have successfully completed high school education or its equivalent.
- You possess a strong ability to negotiate terms and initiate commercial contacts with confidence.
- You demonstrate a clear focus on achieving results and meeting established sales targets consistently.
- You are authorized to work in Brazil and reside in the state of São Paulo, specifically in the Orlândia area.
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct field visits independently.
- You exhibit professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese for client interactions.
- You can manage your schedule effectively, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced field sales environment.
- You are comfortable using computers and basic software applications to input data and generate reports.
- You understand the importance of compliance and can adhere to our company policies and ethical standards.
