What you'll do
- Lead high-volume hiring processes for commercial roles.
- Publish job openings and actively source candidates across various platforms.
- Review and analyze resumes to match position requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews via phone and video conference.
- Perform individual or group interviews to assess behavioral competencies and fit.
- Schedule and track progress through all stages of the selection process.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding vacancy status.
- Keep candidate information updated within the recruitment system.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as candidate volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree.
- Mandatory experience in recruitment and selection, particularly with commercial roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience tracking recruitment metrics and goals, including time-to-fill, hiring volume, and candidate experience indicators.

This position offers a hybrid or fully remote work model. For individuals residing in São Paulo (SP) or Rio de Janeiro (RJ), the hybrid model requires one day per week in the office.
