Stone is looking for a Junior Recruiter to manage high-volume commercial hiring processes. You will handle the full cycle of recruitment while maintaining strong communication with managers and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

What you'll do

• Run high-volume selection processes for commercial positions.
• Advertise openings and perform active sourcing across various channels.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to match profile requirements.
• Conduct phone, video, individual, and group interviews to assess behavioral competencies.
• Schedule and track candidates through all selection stages.
• Maintain constant alignment with hiring managers regarding progress.
• Update candidate data within the recruitment system.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for every applicant.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Mandatory experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within commercial areas.
• Experience tracking recruitment metrics and goals, such as SLAs, hiring volume, and candidate experience indicators.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes at once.

• Background in high-volume recruitment.

Practical notes

• Residents of Sao Paulo (SP) or Rio de Janeiro (RJ) follow a hybrid model with 1 day of in-office work per week.
• Compensation includes a fixed salary and variable pay (PLR, ILP, or commission based on eligibility).
