What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain stylists.

• Act as a liaison between stylists and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and feedback loops.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage online communities.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fashion or retail industry.
• Familiarity with talent management platforms.
