About the role
This position is responsible for the complete lifecycle of paid advertising initiatives, from initial strategy and budget management to campaign execution and performance analysis across various digital channels. It is a hands-on role focused on building and optimizing paid acquisition efforts.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and implement quarterly paid acquisition strategies, including channel selection and budget allocation, with full accountability for return on investment.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, overseeing targeting, bidding, budget, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and refine ad copy, visuals, and other campaign assets.
- Explore and evaluate new advertising platforms to broaden reach, making informed decisions on future investments.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, such as cost per meeting, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, in conjunction with the Director of Marketing.
- Manage marketing automation and AI-driven workflows, including account scoring and personalized outreach, using tools like HubSpot and Clay.
- Produce creative assets on a regular schedule.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to marketing and company leadership.
- Work with content and sales teams to ensure lead quality and messaging consistency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or paid digital marketing within a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to establish strategy and allocate budgets for paid acquisition programs, not just execute pre-defined plans.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns with budget oversight.
- Proficiency in creating or directing the creation of ad creative and messaging, with the ability to iterate on assets and familiarity with Figma, or a strong aptitude for learning it.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills, with a capacity for effective asynchronous collaboration.
- Ability to work during core Eastern Time business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with data enrichment and routing platforms such as Clay.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Understanding of AI search technologies and their connection to demand generation.
- Previous experience in media, publishing, SaaS, or content technology companies.
