What you'll do

• Investigate user needs and business opportunities by analyzing data and conducting direct user research.
• Make informed product decisions, balancing user advocacy with business objectives.
• Create product designs from initial concepts to polished interfaces, utilizing various design and AI tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams within product pods to deliver features.
• Contribute to and expand the company's design system with reusable components.
• Design user experiences that effectively connect digital interfaces with real-world operational workflows.
• Explore and implement new design tools and AI technologies to enhance design processes and outcomes.
• Communicate design plans and progress clearly to stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in product design roles within fast-paced organizations.
• Proven ability to function as a design generalist, covering research, UI design, and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated interest in new design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong capabilities in project management and successfully bringing initiatives to completion.
• Solid understanding of fundamental design principles, including hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Comfort with navigating uncertainty and breaking down complex challenges into manageable steps.
• Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Prior experience designing for B2B products.
• Experience with the design of physical, real-world processes.
• Familiarity with front-end code and component-based systems.
