What you'll do

• Lead financial analysis for potential deals, creating models to assess profitability and identify operational risks.
• Guide decisions on product assortment expansion by modeling profitability and costs across various fulfillment methods.
• Develop and maintain a quoting system using SQL and Power BI to generate standardized, automated quotes.
• Evaluate actual financial performance against initial projections, identifying discrepancies and refining future models.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and timely product launches, addressing potential issues proactively.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategy, or operations analytics within e-commerce, marketplace, or fulfillment sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through analytical insights.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel, with strong capabilities in Power BI for data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proven track record in building scalable economic models, including quoting frameworks and cost-to-serve engines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex analyses to senior stakeholders and fostering alignment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership, collaborative spirit, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
