Ecommerce Account Manager

About the role

Spreetail is looking for a bilingual professional to assist China-based brands in expanding their ecommerce presence within the United States. You will serve as a primary contact for these partners, overseeing their marketplace fulfillment and driving long-term commercial growth.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Increase Gross Merchandise Value for brand partners by creating competitive fulfillment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and brand stakeholders to execute strategic plans.
• Oversee daily account performance, including inventory accuracy, delivery timelines, sales forecasting, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Deliver business performance reports and lead weekly reviews to track progress and resolve outstanding action items.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English for translation and communication.
• 3 to 5 plus years of experience in account management, customer success, project management, or ecommerce client relations.
• Experience supporting brands that import products from China.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Client Services, Project Management, or a related field.
