Spreetail helps global brands grow their ecommerce presence while managing operational expenses. This role focuses on optimizing purchasing workflows and data-driven decision-making to support our broader business strategy.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Partner across departments including Finance, Inventory, Planning, and Merchant teams to ensure purchase orders follow established business rules.
- Analyze data using Excel, Power BI, and Process Street to provide actionable order recommendations.
- Monitor order patterns to identify risks and lead discussions to resolve underlying issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase margins and reduce inventory risk.
- Refine approval workflows through stakeholder collaboration and data analytics.
Requirements
- 1.5 to 5 years of professional experience post-graduation or 2 plus years of internship experience.
- Academic record demonstrating discipline, ideally with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
- Proficiency in inventory, cost, and margin calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and navigate difficult conversations with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and career progression.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for task automation.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Asana, Notion, or Zapier.
- Interest or existing ability to learn SQL and Power BI.
