About the role
This role involves being a primary expert and advisor for U.S. employee benefits and equity compensation programs. You will move beyond routine tasks to lead strategic analysis and optimization of health, welfare, retirement, and equity portfolios. This position requires close collaboration with HR leadership, Finance, and Payroll to ensure all programs are precise, scalable, and fully compliant with regulations.

What you'll do
- Oversee daily administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans, including managing equity compensation programs like UARs and RSUs.
- Conduct thorough monthly invoice reconciliations, pinpointing issues and implementing lasting solutions.
- Work with the Payroll team to ensure accurate benefit deductions, retroactive adjustments, and data consistency.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track enrollment accuracy, billing differences, and equity activity for informed decisions.
- Guarantee full adherence to ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA, assisting with annual filings, audits, and vendor reviews.
- Seek out chances to automate or simplify processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of increasing experience in benefits administration or analysis.
- Direct experience supporting equity compensation plans such as UARs and RSUs.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Experience using HRIS and benefits enrollment systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefits compliance and federal/state regulations.
- Capability to explain complex benefit or equity data clearly to various internal teams.
