Senior IT Administrator

About the role

Spreedly seeks a Senior IT Administrator to enhance daily IT functions and lead the data loss prevention initiative. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, clear communication with business stakeholders, and program ownership across IT and Security.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage and advance the data loss prevention program, including policy tuning, alert investigation, and documentation.
• Administer endpoint management tools like Jamf and oversee workstation health and vulnerability remediation.
• Support identity and access management, including Okta administration and software provisioning.
• Assist with end-user support, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Identify and implement AI solutions to improve IT operations and security.
• Build strong relationships with various departments, explaining technical matters to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in IT administration covering endpoint management, identity and access, software deployment, and user support.
• Proven experience with Jamf for managed endpoint administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for unfamiliar technical challenges.
• Demonstrated experience owning operational programs, including monitoring and improvement.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage incidents under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• A history of accountability and a commitment to learning from errors.
• Aptitude for quickly learning new systems and tools.
• A collaborative and team-oriented work style.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nightfall for DLP policy management.
• Familiarity with SquareX for browser security controls.
• Background with CrowdStrike for vulnerability management.
• Experience with Tropic for vendor management tooling.
