Product Manager (Dashboard)

About the role

You will oversee the Merchant Dashboard, serving as the primary control center for restaurant operators using the SpotOn software suite. This role focuses on shaping the navigation, configuration, and reporting tools that help business owners manage their daily operations and growth.

What you'll do

• Define the product strategy and manage the roadmap for the restaurant software dashboard.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams to execute product vision.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead experimentation and iteration cycles to improve product functionality.
• Partner with product marketing to establish product positioning.
• Advocate for the customer while balancing business priorities and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with the product development lifecycle and scaling products across platforms.
• Technical fluency regarding APIs and high-level systems architecture.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions and lead through ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills for articulating strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality software.
• Hands-on work experience in a restaurant, bar, or cafe.
