About the role

Spin and NetPay are developing a comprehensive supply model to support our current base of 30,000 clients while preparing for a sixfold growth in the coming years. We are looking for an intern to assist in managing an annual budget of over 150 million pesos in capital and operational expenditures while coordinating hardware lifecycles and project timelines.

What you'll do

• Manage material requests originating from the laboratory department.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Process purchase orders through the internal NetPay and Spin systems.
• Track the lifecycle of orders from initial request through material receipt and final invoicing.
• Verify the accuracy of all vendor invoices before processing.
• Upload validated invoices into the payment portal.
• Reconcile purchase orders against invoices to maintain inventory and financial control.
• Train vendors on how to use the supplier portal for tracking order status and payment schedules.
• Identify opportunities to refine and automate existing supply chain workflows.

Requirements

• Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks related to supply chain and procurement.
• Proficiency in tracking financial data and reconciling purchase orders.
• Strong communication skills for vendor management and internal coordination.
