What you'll do

• Design technical infrastructure including servers, databases, and orchestrators to handle high transaction volumes.
• Create encryption and credential management protocols to ensure compliance with financial standards like PCI DSS.
• Build self-healing frameworks and end-to-end visibility tools to allow autonomous recovery of reconciliation bots.
• Prioritize API-first integrations and database-level connections over standard automation methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads to implement Intelligent Document Processing for reading merchant contracts and official IDs.
• Lead code reviews and manage the software development lifecycle to prevent technical debt.
• Integrate version control and CI/CD pipelines into the automation workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development with Senior-level certifications such as UiPath Advanced.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, or Python and database management.
• Background in the Fintech or financial services industry.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and REST API design.
• Ability to explain complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Understanding of how automation failures impact merchant operations.
