About the role

Join our team to support the supply strategy across our business units by improving investment efficiency and speed to market. You will help maintain organized procurement processes that ensure compliance, reduce risk, and add value throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Collect and verify all necessary documentation for onboarding new suppliers into our systems.
• Produce reports on supplier contract terms to support audit plans and minimize operational risks.
• Draft, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring adherence to internal procurement policies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the final semesters of an Economic-Administrative degree, such as International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills.
• A focus on innovation and process transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience using Excel macros.
