Starlink Enterprise Account Lead, Latin America at SpaceX.
About the role
This position manages the lifecycle of enterprise accounts for the Starlink satellite network across Latin America. You will serve as the primary contact for clients from the moment a contract is signed through activation and long-term growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the full onboarding process and ongoing relationship for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards for the LATAM region.
- Translate client feedback into technical and programmatic improvements for the Starlink business.
- Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded by identifying risks and managing account expectations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to scale operations and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering or business, or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or consulting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in maritime, aviation, mobile backhaul, satellite communications, or as a reseller.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects under strict resource and time constraints.
- Technical understanding of telecommunications, including user terminals, ground networks, or satellites.
- Experience reading and interpreting contract documents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present professional reports.

Practical notes
- Compensation: Level 1 ($80,000 - $100,000) or Level 2 ($95,000 - $125,000) based on experience.

- Requires availability for extended hours, weekends, and travel to customer sites as needed.
