What you'll do

• Advise engineering teams on design choices to optimize supply plans.
• Negotiate global contracts with a focus on pricing, service level agreements, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier performance against key metrics and implement audit programs for invoicing.
• Present cost reduction strategies and contract awards to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with the legal department to draft and manage contract obligations.
• Handle purchase orders and resolve issues within the purchase-to-pay process.

Requirements

• Advanced degree with 4+ years of experience, OR bachelor degree with 6+ years of experience, OR 10+ years of experience in purchasing, contract negotiation, production planning, operations, supply chain management, cost control, or master production scheduling.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and communicate outside standard business hours.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a rapidly changing environment.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 per year.
• Compensation includes potential stock options, long-term incentives, discretionary bonuses, and an employee stock purchase plan.
