What you'll do

Technical leadership translates Sophos solutions into clear value for partners and customers during the sales cycle. You own the technical narrative for opportunities, aligning presentations and demonstrations to audience needs and product direction.

You conduct training sessions and industry talks to promote Sophos technologies and evangelize the platform at events and industry groups.

You provide presale expertise and field support for meetings, demos, and events across France, ensuring partners receive accurate product and threat intelligence.

You maintain demo software and tools, keeping them current for new product launches and customer evaluations.

You assess sales opportunities passed by teams, evaluating size, value, and technical complexity to advise on fit and risk.

You collaborate with product management and Sophos Labs to channel customer feedback into global product enhancements and roadmap planning.

Requirements

You bring a minimum of 8 years of experience delivering software technical support to partners and end users, covering solution design and administration.

You possess strong technical knowledge of networking and endpoint security concepts relevant to modern cyber defense.

You hold fluent business-level written and spoken skills in both French and English to communicate with customers and partners.

You demonstrate excellent project management capabilities to coordinate technical evaluations and complex implementations.

You have a proactive approach to learning new technologies and applying them in customer scenarios.

You are based in Paris and authorized to work in France without employer sponsorship.

Travel across the entire French territory is required for customer and partner engagements.

Nice to have

Familiarity with Sophos or comparable security platforms can accelerate opportunity discussions.

Certifications in networking, security, or cloud domains add depth to your technical credibility.

Experience managing IT infrastructure and pre-sales technical support strengthens your advisory role.
