Program Analyst, Incentive Operations

About the role

This role focuses on the operational execution and data management of global incentive programs. You will ensure accuracy in program tracking, payout calculations, and system configurations while supporting internal teams and partners.

What you'll do

• Configure incentive programs within management platforms according to specific requirements.
• Manage data preparation, validation, and reconciliation across various sources before system entry.
• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, incentive software, and operational spreadsheets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Address inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners regarding payouts and program participation.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and payout issues in coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Handle enrollment tracking, bulk uploads, and payment validation processes.
• Create audit trails and maintain documentation for operational workflows.
• Analyze data anomalies to determine root causes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program administration or data operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with large datasets, conditional logic, formula troubleshooting, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Proven ability to reconcile and validate complex data with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workflows with strict attention to detail.
