EMEA Partner Program Manager

About the role

You will manage the implementation and performance of the Sophos partner program across the EMEA region. This position requires close coordination with global teams and regional leadership to ensure channel initiatives align with company growth objectives.

What you'll do

• Carry out the global partner strategy within the EMEA market.
• Increase participation in program tiers, certification paths, and incentive structures.
• Maintain consistency between regional activities and global operational standards.
• Manage the introduction of new partner tools and program updates.
• Monitor and analyze data regarding partner performance.
• Collect insights from the regional partner base to refine program quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in channel marketing, partner operations, or channel management within the tech sector.
• Background in supporting indirect sales channels and partner networks throughout EMEA.
• Knowledge of diverse channel business models, including distributors, MSPs, VARs, resellers, and strategic alliances.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects within a global corporate structure.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational tasks.
• Analytical skills with practical experience using PRM and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Capacity to handle shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Background in cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or SaaS.
• Knowledge of regional compliance and operational requirements in EMEA.
• Experience with global program launches and regional localization.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
