About the role

Join a new PlayStation studio team focused on developing a whimsical, comedic game franchise. You will build the studio IT infrastructure from the ground up while supporting the operations team in a hybrid environment.

What you'll do

• Prioritize rapid iteration to maintain high quality in game development.
• Manage IT systems and infrastructure, including serving as a primary responder for critical issues and participating in an on-call rotation.
• Create technical documentation, including environment diagrams and build-out procedures.
• Collaborate with internal partners to define, validate, and manage project requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex system failures and implement long-term remediation.
• Design and deploy scalable, highly available infrastructure solutions.
• Contribute to annual budget planning and the internal IT roadmap.
• Maintain systems across Linux and Windows Server environments, high-performance networking, and shared storage.
• Evaluate and integrate SaaS and PaaS solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT projects through the full lifecycle.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server installation and configuration.
• Foundational knowledge of Linux systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory.
• Familiarity with SAML and OIDC authentication protocols.
• Ability to script and automate tasks using infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, diverse, and mission-focused team environment.
