About the role

Solaris is an embedded finance platform that provides banking services through a modular B2B technology stack. We are looking for a student to assist our operations team in maintaining regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

What you'll do

• Draft and update internal documentation to ensure operational workflows meet regulatory standards.
• Manage audit governance by organizing data and maintaining documentation to keep processes audit-proof.
• Coordinate between internal departments and track the status of cross-functional projects.
• Prepare reports, high-level presentations, and briefings for senior management.

Requirements

• Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in audit or project management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop logical solutions.
• Proactive mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing team priorities.
• Interest in banking processes and the company AI-native strategy.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
