Technical Project Manager

Snorkel AI focuses on transforming enterprise data into specialized artificial intelligence. You will manage the delivery of complex AI projects, acting as the primary point of contact for large organizations while ensuring technical milestones are met.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI engagements to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Use Jira to maintain accurate documentation regarding project status, risks, and decision logs.
• Facilitate project meetings, translating technical discussions into actionable tasks for internal and customer teams.
• Identify potential blockers or scope changes early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as the main contact for customers regarding project progress and reporting.
• Develop a working knowledge of AI technologies including RAG, agents, evaluation, knowledge bases, classification, and extraction.
• Collaborate with the operations team on project financials and the creation of standardized delivery playbooks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, technical program management, or delivery roles within consulting, professional services, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing relationships with senior-level enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn technical AI concepts such as RAG, agents, and data extraction.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Jira.
• Ability to function effectively in ambiguous environments and help establish new processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 percent of the year.
