About the role
This role involves leading significant AI projects for large organizations, guiding them from initial planning to achieving tangible results. You will collaborate with senior client leaders to define AI and machine learning use cases, coordinate internal teams, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will operate at the intersection of project execution, strategic planning, and business development, helping to establish best practices for AI delivery and grow Snorkel's Enterprise AI Solutions.

What you'll do
- Work with data science and engineering teams to define AI/ML use cases and develop detailed project plans, including proposals and statements of work.
- Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of enterprise AI projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet defined business objectives.
- Manage comprehensive project timelines and related documentation to ensure successful project completion and adherence to financial targets.
- Identify opportunities for project expansion through related use cases, new client contacts, and additional data sources where Snorkel can provide significant value.
- Act as the main point of contact between client executives, Snorkel's technical staff, and Snorkel management, coordinating various workstreams to achieve integrated outcomes.
- Develop and continuously improve methodologies, templates, and delivery frameworks to ensure engagements are scalable and repeatable.
- Contribute to solving complex National Security challenges.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role with a technical focus, such as management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success.
- A strong foundation in project management and collaborative problem-solving, particularly in AI/ML projects or those involving standard AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, design effective solutions, and identify growth opportunities aligned with business value.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously, balancing resources and timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- An advanced degree is preferred, such as an MBA or a Master's degree in computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing and preparing responses to federal solicitations like RFCs, RFIs, and RFPs is preferred.
- Experience working with Civilian, DOD, and NATSEC agencies, including Federal Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Financial/Regulatory, and Military operations and logistics.
- Candidates must possess an active TS security clearance.
- Availability to travel up to 25% as required by client needs.

- Compensation is based on location and experience, including base salary, bonus, and stock options.
- Salary range: $150,000 - $250,000 USD.
