Smartsheet is expanding its Product and Innovation team and seeks a Technical Program Manager. This position involves overseeing programs across Product, Engineering, and UX organizations. The role requires bridging communication between technical teams and product-focused groups, including leaders and external vendors.

What you'll do

• Coordinate, monitor, and report on activities with internal and external partners.
• Provide project planning and support for engineering teams.
• Design scalable processes to support business growth.
• Create schedules, ensure milestones are met, and keep team members on task.
• Identify and prioritize issues, then collaborate for quick solutions.
• Recognize risk factors, then develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive regular status updates to maintain transparency and maximize efficiency.
• Facilitate clear communication among diverse personalities and work styles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, or leading large organization-wide programs.
• Experience managing processes that span multiple departments.
• Proven track record of leading successful projects from start to finish.
• Ability to understand employee and customer challenges, with a focus on user experience.
• Critical problem-solving skills for complex issues and partner management, while being a strong team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a high-growth company.
• A business-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis.
• Fluency in English.
