Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop scalable front-end and back-end services using Kotlin, Java, Typescript, and React.
- Address intricate distributed systems issues and work with cloud infrastructure like AWS and Kubernetes.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions alongside product managers and fellow engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product management and other business units.
- Improve existing application code with new functionalities, balancing build, refactor, and simplify decisions.
- Actively utilize AI tools to boost personal and team efficiency in coding, testing, design, and troubleshooting, exploring AI integration opportunities and guiding others in its effective use.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of software development experience building highly scalable and available applications.
- At least 1 year of programming experience with full-stack technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.
- 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure.
- Experience in developing, documenting, and supporting REST APIs.
- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience using AI to enhance personal productivity in the context of building complex SaaS features.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and challenges.
- A proactive approach to taking ownership of work and embracing growth opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.

Practical notes
- Salary range: $107,500 - $147,500 USD per year.
