Sales Development Representative at Smartsheet.
About the role
Smartsheet is hiring a Sales Development Representative II to drive pipeline growth and revenue for the current fiscal year. You will act as a primary point of contact for prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads to support our Commercial and Enterprise sales divisions.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with New Business, Expansion, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
- Identify and map target accounts while uncovering specific use cases.
- Book qualified meetings for Sales Executives through strategic outreach.
- Conduct professional conversations via phone and email to qualify prospects.
- Serve as a product expert for Smartsheet offerings.
- Execute outbound campaigns using cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Manage sequences within our sales engagement platform.
- Log all interactions and activities in Salesforce.com.
- Monitor social channels for lead generation and marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Business or Sales Development capacity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience when facing challenges and a self-motivated approach to work.
- Capacity to understand customer pain points and position Smartsheet as the solution.
- Desire to grow professionally and contribute to team goals.
