Partner Operations Manager

About the role

You will join the Global Partnerships team to oversee the operational health of our strategic platform relationships. This role focuses on streamlining cross-functional workflows and managing technical escalations to ensure our partner programs scale effectively.

What you'll do

• Maintain trackers for partner initiatives, including product milestones and marketing event planning.
• Act as the primary operational link between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Manage the intake and resolution process for partner-related technical bugs and platform escalations.
• Use Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker to report on project progress, operational health, and team performance.
• Develop and document new processes to improve internal collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or Customer Success Operations within the tech or SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, specifically regarding formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience building and managing dashboards in Looker or similar business intelligence software.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive accountability across various workstreams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Background in managing technical bugs or operational support escalations.
• Familiarity with advertising technology, marketing technology, APIs, or platform partnerships.
