Product expertise is built by studying Smartly.io capabilities and translating them into solutions for current and prospective customers.
Account setup is executed to ensure customer partnerships begin successfully and continue effectively with Smartly.io.
Clients are trained on all major features of the Smartly platform to build core user capability and confidence.
The onboarding journey is customized for each customer, resolving gaps and driving adoption using the Smartly toolset.
The onboarding process is owned and coordinated to reduce Customer Success Manager stress and enable smooth collaboration across Smartly.io teams.
Sales promises are qualified and confirmed deliverable with relevant teams so that deals are not considered closed until customers are successfully onboarded.
Requirements
Candidates bring 3-5 years of digital experience, ideally including exposure to paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying.
Understanding of digital advertising platforms and related tools is demonstrated clearly.
Experience working with Google Sheets and applying advanced features and functions is required.
Proficiency in designing visually persuasive presentations in Google Slides is necessary.
Communication with customers and internal stakeholders is handled effectively and professionally.
Project management skills support detail-oriented, highly organized workstreams.
Complex situations are navigated using a problem-solving mindset.
Independent task prioritization and execution are driven by a self-motivated, proactive approach.
