About the role
This position combines compensation strategy, workforce analytics, and HR systems management to support our global team. You will manage compensation operations and utilize data to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Administer global compensation programs including market pricing, job evaluations, promotions, and annual cycles.
- Maintain and configure Workday compensation data, salary structures, and global job architecture.
- Build and maintain workforce dashboards and reports to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Partner with HR business partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance and data-backed recommendations.
- Audit HR data for quality, resolve discrepancies, and standardize reporting processes to reduce manual tasks.
- Explore automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency and scale People team processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation, workforce analytics, HRIS, or a related analytical field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with experience managing large datasets.
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to explain complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Self-starter mindset with an interest in process improvement and automation.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Workday Core HCM or Compensation modules.
- Background in salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, or salary reviews.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data querying and automation.
- Experience applying AI tools to enhance analytical workflows.
