Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior developer to join our team and manage our live Studio product. You will spend most of your time on backend development while contributing to frontend tasks and maintaining our cloud-native infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Keep our customer-facing production platform running and update it with new features.
• Write and refine backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
• Update Angular components as needed.
• Create and document REST APIs using Swagger and OpenAPI.
• Manage production stability and uptime on Google Cloud Platform.
• Execute deployments using our CI/CD pipelines.
• Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Use Docker to manage containerized services.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to existing engineering standards.
• Build technical designs independently and incorporate AI tools into your daily workflow.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total software development experience.
• 4+ years of professional work with Node.js or NestJS.
• 3+ years of experience using Angular.
• 1.5+ years of experience using React.
• 4+ years of experience building and designing REST APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with Docker and containerization.
• 2+ years of DevOps experience, including CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management.
• 2+ years of experience managing production workloads on Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency with GCP tools such as Cloud Run, GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, or Cloud SQL.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• 1+ year of experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude, LLM APIs, or MCP.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience working specifically with microservices architecture.

Skills & tools

• Node.js, NestJS, Angular, React, Docker, Docker Compose, Google Cloud Platform, Swagger, OpenAPI, CI/CD pipelines.

Practical notes

• Shift hours are 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST during summer and 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST during winter.
• No weekend work is required.
• You will receive a laptop and necessary equipment on your first day.
• All new hires complete a 5-day AI Academy training program.
