You will serve as the primary field contact, acting as a vital and central link between the client, building management, internal project teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibility will involve the expert coordination of all on-site construction activities from inception to completion. You will exercise direct supervision over field personnel while simultaneously guaranteeing that project deadlines are met consistently and without compromise. Furthermore, your role will place you in direct communication with key industry stakeholders at a supervisory level, requiring professionalism and confidence in representing the company at all times.
What you'll do
This role involves owning the entire project lifecycle from initial contact through to final handover, where decisions made daily on-site directly influence the successful execution of commercial interior projects for a diverse client base. Your presence on-site will ensure that Skyline's high standards are maintained throughout every phase of construction. Requirements
To be eligible for this Senior Superintendent position at Skylineconstruction, you must meet a specific set of requirements designed to ensure success in this demanding role. You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for statewide travel to access various project locations across California.
