What you'll do
- Lead the development and enhancement of Skai's Full Funnel Product by analyzing market demands and representing customer needs within the organization.
- Formulate and execute a long-term product strategy that aligns customer insights with market trends and business goals.
- Build expertise in the industry by collaborating with brands, agencies, and internal teams, driving new innovations and capabilities based on real-world experiences.
- Work closely with colleagues in Product Management, data science, UX/UI design, and R&D to establish product backlogs and functional specifications.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Display advertising, including audience targeting optimization, CTV advertising, and budget management, with a solid understanding of the entire buyer journey.
- Familiarity with Retail-Media DSPs, such as Amazon DSP, is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, demonstrating the ability to take products from concept to execution successfully.
- Strong grasp of customer experience, with the ability to translate data into user-friendly, business-oriented solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills, with experience in client communication and gathering market insights.
- Proven project management capabilities, effectively collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience working with international teams and a creative mindset to foster innovative thinking.
- Senior-level presence and initiative, capable of engaging in high-level discussions and representing Skai in various contexts.
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000. The specific salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for additional bonus compensation, details of which will be discussed during the hiring process.
