As a Sales Manager, you will guide hotel owners in understanding how our platform can improve their business. You will engage with customers to address their challenges and provide solutions that enhance their daily operations and financial outcomes. This role involves joining a team that is at the forefront of innovation in the travel technology sector.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Acquire new clients and expand business with existing customers, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure all sales are finalized promptly.
- Prepare accurate quotes, develop and present proposals, and negotiate contracts to balance client value with company profitability.
- Maintain precise records of business development activities within the company's CRM system.
- Gather and relay client feedback on products to the Product Team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote company products, attending key events and client meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
- Fluent in German (minimum C2 level proficiency).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Confident phone presence, ability to lead prospect meetings, and strong listening skills.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with customers.
- Self-motivated and resilient, consistently performing at a high level.
- Open to feedback and coaching for personal and professional development.
