This contract position involves managing the entire recruitment process for engineering and product roles. You will be instrumental in bringing in top technical and product talent to support the company's growth. This is a visible role where you will work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for engineering and product positions, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, assisting in defining job requirements, developing sourcing plans, and agreeing on hiring timelines.
• Cultivate a strong pool of both active and passive candidates through proactive outreach and sourcing efforts.
• Guide candidates efficiently through the hiring stages, managing multiple searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Utilize recruitment data and metrics to make informed decisions, track progress, and refine hiring processes.
• Cooperate with People, Finance, and other teams to support the company's hiring goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in recruiting engineering and product professionals, preferably in fast-paced startup or high-growth settings.
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with engineering and product leadership.
• Skill in using recruitment metrics and data to guide strategy and enhance processes.
• Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and a willingness to work with different departments.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, dynamic environment.
• Must reside in California.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, or similar platforms.
