Senior Rewards Analyst at Showpad.
About the role
Showpad is looking for a professional to join our Total Rewards center of expertise to manage global compensation and benefits programs. You will work under the guidance of our Belgium-based Total Rewards Director to influence how we attract and retain talent across our international business units.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Evaluate market data and internal pay equity to manage compensation adjustments and equity reviews.
- Coordinate annual merit cycles and compensation planning with leadership.
- Submit data to salary surveys and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Calculate short-term incentive payouts for global staff and distribute performance statements.
- Maintain and administer internal variable compensation software.
- Explain compensation plans to new hires and provide ongoing education for staff.
- Prepare financial reports for board and shareholder reviews.
- Oversee benefit plan governance by working with brokers, vendors, and internal People Operations teams during renewals.
- Research industry trends to refine our benefits offerings and identify cost-saving improvements.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience within a Rewards department, HR Controlling, or as a Tax consultant at a Big 4 firm.
- Capacity to manage complex projects independently.
- Ability to utilize data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience working in a global, high-speed corporate environment.
- Skill in managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive financial and personnel data.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional departments.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on service delivery.
