Senior Rewards Analyst

About the role

Showpad is looking for a professional to join our Total Rewards center of expertise to manage global compensation and benefits programs. You will work under the guidance of our Belgium-based Total Rewards Director to influence how we attract and retain talent across our international business units.

What you'll do

• Evaluate market data and internal pay equity to manage compensation adjustments and equity reviews.
• Coordinate annual merit cycles and compensation planning with leadership.
• Submit data to salary surveys and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Calculate short-term incentive payouts for global staff and distribute performance statements.
• Maintain and administer internal variable compensation software.
• Explain compensation plans to new hires and provide ongoing education for staff.
• Prepare financial reports for board and shareholder reviews.
• Oversee benefit plan governance by working with brokers, vendors, and internal People Operations teams during renewals.
• Research industry trends to refine our benefits offerings and identify cost-saving improvements.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience within a Rewards department, HR Controlling, or as a Tax consultant at a Big 4 firm.
• Capacity to manage complex projects independently.
• Ability to utilize data for strategic decision-making.
• Experience working in a global, high-speed corporate environment.
• Skill in managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive financial and personnel data.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional departments.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on service delivery.
