Senior Product Manager

About the role

Showpad is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for an L2 use case area. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery and roadmap planning to feature delivery and post-launch analysis.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Define product strategy and long-term vision while aligning with your Product Lead on roadmaps.
• Manage quarterly capacity planning and facilitate sprint backlog refinement.
• Conduct at least 5 customer interviews monthly to validate assumptions and test prototypes.
• Analyze user engagement data and product tracking events to improve feature performance.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings with engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing forums like SALT and AMPED.
• Create content such as blog posts to highlight the value of new features to customers.
• Resolve business-critical customer feedback and manage Beta programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Proven experience managing products through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate product performance and drive data-backed decisions.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and roadmap presentations.
• Familiarity with UX design principles.
• Leadership experience in coaching or mentoring team members.
• Understanding of software development processes and technical constraints.
