Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a primary financial partner to leadership by managing core planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles. This position focuses on creating financial models and delivering analytical insights that guide strategic operations across the organization.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Track and report on financial performance metrics including ARR, bookings, EBITDA margin, and operating expenses.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance reviews to explain performance trends to finance leaders.
• Construct and update financial models for revenue, headcount, and operational costs to support scenario planning.
• Oversee the execution of annual operating plans and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Maintain data integrity and improve financial reporting workflows.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams to influence business strategy and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate FP&A or similar finance roles, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proficiency in building dynamic models and performing sensitivity analysis.
• Understanding of accounting standards such as Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models and key revenue drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or an MBA.
