Senior Engineer - Full Stack

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to manage a document automation SaaS product as it moves through its final lifecycle stage. You will focus on system stability, infrastructure maintenance, and incident resolution while providing technical leadership to the team.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, specifically focusing on AKS and related services.
• Oversee the end-to-end stability of the platform by performing bug fixes and system enhancements.
• Implement incremental updates across the .NET backend, SQL databases, and Angular frontend.
• Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve monitoring via Application Insights.
• Guide the team through system wind-down or migration tasks.
• Mentor junior staff through code reviews and pair programming.
• Maintain documentation for system architecture and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET development.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, including AKS, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and networking components like VNet, NSG, Traffic Manager, and App Gateway.
• Proven history of working with containerized applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience developing across both backend and frontend environments using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Strong background in database management and Entity Framework.
• Demonstrated ability to lead incident response and debug complex production issues.
• Strong communication skills and experience mentoring other engineers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with document generation systems or related SDKs.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as SOC2 or OWASP.
