• Collaborate with operations staff to define business requirements and design automation strategies.

• Build and test minimum viable products using both standard coding and low-code platforms.
• Convert successful prototypes into production-ready solutions for company-wide deployment.
• Manage projects independently while maintaining alignment with broader operational objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new solutions and research emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency or strong interest in data transformation and automation strategy design.
• Demonstrated history of developing minimum viable products and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work with SQL, Java, and Python.
• Experience connecting systems via API integration.
• Practical experience using low-code tools.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative on assigned projects.
• Experience using Generative AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Background in working with cross-functional or operations teams.
