• Build project management systems on TAPD, visualize R&D efficiency through data dashboards, and deliver regular optimization recommendations to stakeholders via AI tools to streamline development workflows.

• As project manager, I maintain close liaison with product manager to get clear requirements, write project documents, organize internal and external teams to produce AI data, deliver results, and sum up experiences, so that we can improve functions like words evaluation in our App.
• As product manager of our labeling platform, I create product requirement documents for every sprint to guide development team. Thus, we can raise data labeling efficiency and accelerate the process of our self-developed English evaluation engine.

Govern the full lifecycle of AI data project, like cost and duration estimation, contact with suppliers, quality control, data delivery and summary.
