About the role
This role involves managing the software layer for a private banking platform that provides liquidity solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will oversee the advisor application, client application, and lender-facing tools while driving AI-native product initiatives.

What you'll do
- Manage the unified software layer across advisor, client, and lender-facing surfaces.
- Direct the planning and execution of AI-native product features in coordination with the CTO and Head of Advanced Computing.
- Create and maintain a structured sprint cadence to ensure rapid development cycles.
- Write precise product requirement documents and tickets to provide clear direction to engineering and design teams.
- Lead user discovery sessions with clients in partnership with the Head of Go to Market.
- Author design briefs for new projects and collaborate with the Head of Product Design.
- Translate complex financial concepts into intuitive software workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience at a fintech, bank, or growth-stage software firm.
- Domain expertise in wealth management, banking, lending, or capital markets.
- Bachelor degree.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business goals into data-driven sprint plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing professional relationships with high-value partners and internal teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with loan origination, private credit, fund finance, or securities-based lending.
- Background building platforms for financial advisors, RIAs, or private bankers.
- History of working with design-focused leadership.
- MBA or advanced degree in finance or business.
