About the role
Shieldai is building intelligent systems to protect service members and civilians through technologies like Hivemind autonomy software, V-BAT and X-BAT aircraft, and Aechelon simulation. We are hiring our first India-based Talent Acquisition team member to lead technical recruiting and operations for our engineering expansion in Delhi and Bangalore.

What you'll do
- Lead the entire recruitment process for engineering and technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Identify and attract top-tier engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Cultivate talent pipelines to support immediate and long-term hiring goals.
- Manage the candidate journey from first contact to the final offer.
- Advise hiring managers with data-driven market insights and regular pipeline reporting.
- Oversee interview scheduling across different time zones and handle all candidate logistics.
- Arrange candidate travel when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Work with the global team to refine recruiting workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in technical recruiting.
- Background in recruiting for robotics or autonomy sectors.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a rapid-growth environment.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.

- Prior experience managing hiring across global teams or multiple office sites.
