The incumbent is responsible for overseeing complex Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise transformation initiatives that span several distinct workstreams simultaneously. Delivery leadership extends from the initial project kickoff all the way through final go-live and subsequent stabilization phases. The manager ensures that schedules remain tight, cross-functional coordination stays strong, risks and issues are escalated proactively, and governance remains disciplined from start to finish. Success in this capacity depends on driving on-time execution, maintaining stakeholder alignment, enforcing effective governance, and securing sustainable business adoption of ERP-enabled change across the organization. What you'll do

First, direct the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise transformation projects across multiple distinct workstreams to achieve strategic business objectives.

Second, oversee project initiation, detailed planning, execution, continuous monitoring, and final go-live stabilization activities for each initiative.

Requirements
