Migration (85% cost reduction): Migrated entire stack DO → AWS — millions of files from DO Spaces to S3 (zero data loss); rebuilt Metabase from marketplace to custom EC2 from scratch; zero downtime, 99% uptime, 85% cost reduction; enabled multi-AZ RDS with HA and fault-tolerant architecture.
Data platform: Built real-time CDC pipeline (RDS → S3); integrated Airbyte + Jitsu into Redshift; Glue + Athena + QuickSight for analytics. Containerised apps on ECS with CodePipeline CI/CD.
