ServiceNow is seeking an experienced professional to join the Strategic Execution Office within Global Marketing Strategic Operations. This position focuses on integrating acquisitions and driving marketing transformation through AI-integrated workflows and rigorous operational oversight.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for strategic transformation programs.
• Convert business goals into detailed charters, roadmaps, and workstreams with clear milestones.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining budget, scope, and schedule adherence.
• Facilitate executive reviews and governance forums to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track program health and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Integrate AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, and Zoom AI Companion into daily planning and communication.
• Automate manual processes and coach team members on prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflows.
• Maintain documentation including decision logs, requirements, and post-integration reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Operations, or Marketing Operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to deliver marketing programs that result in measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management fundamentals including risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Practical experience using AI tools for day-to-day execution and building AI-enabled reporting or automation pipelines.

• PMP certification.

Practical notes

Base salary range is $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, matching donations, and flexible time away. Compensation varies based on location and individual qualifications. Employment is subject to export control regulations where applicable.
