Sr. Program Manager, Transformation

About the role

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Strategic Execution Office within Global Marketing Strategic Operations. This position focuses on driving marketing transformation and strategic execution using AI-native workflows to deliver measurable business results.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for marketing transformation programs.
• Translate enterprise business goals into structured roadmaps, milestones, and clear outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining budget, scope, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and IT departments to align transformation strategies.
• Track dependencies, risks, and decision logs to ensure operational precision.
• Facilitate executive forums and working sessions to drive project momentum.
• Integrate AI tools into daily operations to automate manual tasks and improve reporting.
• Develop and document business requirements, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor program health.
• Mentor team members on prompt engineering and AI-enabled methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategic operations, or program management.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead marketing programs that result in quantifiable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management fundamentals including risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for daily execution, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Zoom AI Companion.
• Experience building AI-enabled reporting workflows or prompt libraries.
